Blue screen of death !

My 3000T powers up, shows the Magellan logo and then dims to a blus screen. I have charged it overnite and the unit will stay charged as normal. Is it the hard drive or just a battery not putting out enough voltage?...

qILL NOT COME ON

i PUT IT THE mAGELLAN 3000t ON CHARE AND iT WILL COME ON AT ALL. THE LIGHT IS SHWING GREE AND I CANNOT FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM IS....
