refuses to print and makes a grating/zipping noise and holds the print job in a queue.
I could only print small batches of 3 by clearing the print queue and switching the power off and then back on.
Previously I have printed on A4 size card without any problems.
Can it be something to do with changing the paper/card size settings?

how do i change an ink cartridge? In the manual it says to press the stop button after opening the scanner unit, but the ink cartridge holder does notmove!...

i put new ink in a month ago and used it once which worked. now i am trying to print a document but it keeps coming through blank....
