7100i voice mail

Purchased a 7100i for use with a Nextel sim card. All functions of the phone seem fine except the voice mail. Have tried all the instructions to access the VM and it jst rings as busy and will not access it. Anyone know the reason behind this? Does the 7100i require a blackberry data plan for VM use for some reason?...

View History in Call Log Lost

How do I find the "View History" option in the menu list. When I click the wheel in now it does not show the view history option in the call log. It used to be there but I screwed around with it last week and lost it now I do not know where to go to find it to view history of phone numbers on call log....
